Key Competencies & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 2 years’ experience or Masters degree with 1 years experience in the related field. Experience in enterprise sales is highly preferred.
  • Must have strong communications skills (verbal and written) and a strong drive to help customers with creative solutions.
  • Strong presentation skill is required, both in-person and via teleconference or video conference. Must be flexible to travel all over Nepal and proficient in using MS Office Package.
  • Must have two-wheeler and a valid license a. regular field visit for Lead generation and Sales.
  • Develop trusted partner relationships with key customers to retain and grow revenues over time.
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing available resources and manage complex contract negotiations.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to HOD.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Achieve monthly sales target and/or channel as assigned by management.
  • Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
