Office Secretary
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow
- Handle communication and correspondence with members and external stakeholders
- Support event coordination, including workshops, KSS and Seminars
- Maintain and updated member database and records
- Create engagement and build a strong HR community
- Provide administrative support to the executive team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience
- Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
- Passion for enhancing HR Practices
