Office Secretary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow
  • Handle communication and correspondence with members and external stakeholders
  • Support event coordination, including workshops, KSS and Seminars
  • Maintain and updated member database and records
  • Create engagement and build a strong HR community
  • Provide administrative support to the executive team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of administrative or secretarial experience
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
  • Passion for enhancing HR Practices
