Officer – Human Resources & Administration – 1
Job Description
Human Resource Functions:
- Ensure the Human Resource Management is as per NBI HR bylaws.
- Staff Leave Management
- Maintaining Personal Files of all staffs
- Recruitment Process: Vacancy announcement, shortlisting for interview and memo approval for appropriate candidates.
- Performance Management, Training & Development of employees.
- Annual and periodic performance appraisal for confirmation
- Issue appointment, release, extension and experience letter to employees
- Staff Allocation for trainings/conferences, etc.
Administrative Functions:
- Procurement Role
– Explore & Call for quotations for CAPEX and Inventory Items
– Vendor Negotiation
– Quality assurance of purchased goods - Contract Renewal and AMCs: Collect quotation and memo approval
- Management of Fixed assets including disposal of old, damaged and unused fixed assets, documents etc. and updating Fixed assets Register.
- Ensuring product stock is adequate for all distribution channels
- Devising ways to optimize inventory control procedures by maintaining re-order level.
- Management of support level staffs and resolve administrative problems
- Supporting immediate supervisor as per request.
- Ensure smooth delivery of programs
- Hotel room and hall booking for Confirmed trainings/conferences/workshop
- Book and issue air tickets both national and international
- Logistic Arrangement liaising for trainings/workshops/conferences & other activities as needed (Air tickets, hotel & hall booking, transportation arrangement, etc)
Skills & Knowledge
- Self-driven, action oriented, passionate with ‘Can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Be an active team player.
- Good communication and interpersonal skill, professional skill, confident and can do attitude.
- Must be conversant with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience of working in Photoshop will be an added advantage.
- Fluency in English and Nepali.
- Must have good communication skill (Written and verbal)
- Should be able to handle the pressure at work.
Requirements & Qualification
- Must have Master Degree in Management field or relevant areas.
- Below 35 years of age as on 6th December 2023.
- At least 4 years’ of experience in related field
