Location: Head Office, Maitidevi, Kathmandu

𝖪𝖾𝗒 𝖱𝖾𝗌𝗉𝗈𝗇𝗌𝗂𝖻𝗂𝗅𝗂𝗍𝗂𝖾𝗌:

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage IT operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation projects.
• Ensure the security, availability, and reliability of IT systems and data.
• Oversee core insurance systems, databases, networks, and cloud services.

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in the insurance domain, banking, or financial services sector is highly preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
