• Should be graduate in any discipline
• Should have 3-5 years of experience in insurance sector, MNCS or Similar field
• Candidate should possess sound knowledge of non-life insurance sector and its Products
• Knowledge of current marketing trends, techniques, and best practices

Other Specification:

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to make the teamwork
• Sales Oriented and Target-driven with good influence both internal and external stakeholders
• Sales-driven with a target-oriented approach. Be Customer Focused and a relationship Builder
• Ability to adjust strategies based on market trends and customer needs.
• Should be a two-wheeler license Holder

Job Description:

• Identify the target customer, schedule and follow through on calls and visit to the perspective customer
• Maintain Client data and Prepare daily and monthly reports for managements review
• Provide ongoing support to clients by answering queries, resolving issues, and advising on the best insurance solutions.
•  Regularly follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management.
