Website Okhaldhunga Community Hospital (OCH)

Okhaldhunga Community Hospital (OCH) is a rural hospital (officially 50 beds), to the east of Kathmandu, eight hours journey by vehicle. We provide hospital services to our surrounding communities – including general medicine and surgery, orthopaedics, paediatrics, obstetrics, and gynaecology. Associated programmes of the hospital include community-based rehabilitation, mental health, and the Okhaldhunga School of Health Sciences which trains staff nurses (PCL Nursing).

Position: HR & Admin Assistant

Required No: 1

Main Role:
To provide necessary HR and administrative support ensuring efficient and effective running of all the HR and administrative operations of OCH. Actively contribute to public relations efforts and play a pivotal role in providing support services for expatriates.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Business Administration, or any other pertinent field.

Preferred Experience:

  • One or two years of work experience as a hospital HR and Admin Assistant.

Job Level: Grade 4 or 5

Salary and benefits are according to OCH standards.
