Job Description:

We are seeking a committed Sales Associate/Officer to improve our business performance and expand our brand image. You will focus on direct sales and work closely with our sales team and sub-distributors.

• Maintain, analyze, and utilize territory records and other information to efficiently organize, plan, execute, and measure results.
• Active search and handling of government tenders for procurement of medical & surgical items.
• Provide timely, accurate, and constructive sales information and planned monthly activity.
• Monitor sales and expenses for the area.
• Provide on and off-the-job coaching and counseling to enhance knowledge and skills.
• Need to coordinate with HR for business relations and expansion.
• Make scheduled personalized sales demonstrations for the management.
• Other assignment as per the Supervisors/HODs.

Knowledge Skills and Competencies:

• Good knowledge of government procurement processes, tender, and quotation.
• Knowledge related to health government bodies especially hospitals, health institutions, and other diagnostic areas.
• Tactfulness and an excellent ability to deal with people and good at sales negotiation.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office especially in Excel/Word.
• Effective verbal and written communication, organizational, and coordination skills within the team and with external stakeholders (distributors, government officials).
