Job Specification

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Science)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in the IVD sector (In-vitro Diagnostics)
  • Work experience in government IVD sectors is preferable, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with tender processes and quotation preparation.
  • Proven excellence in sales negotiation and closing deals.
  • Solid knowledge of public purchase acts, particularly in government bodies, hospitals, health organizations, and diagnostic sectors.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to establish strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Well-presented, smart, punctual, and disciplined.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell YHLO’s in-vitro diagnostic products to healthcare institutions and professionals across Nepal.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, health institutions, and diagnostic centers.
  • Coordinate and manage the tendering process, including preparing quotations and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Represent YHLO at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
