Job Specification
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Science)
- Experience Required: Minimum 4 years in the IVD sector (In-vitro Diagnostics)
- Work experience in government IVD sectors is preferable, but not mandatory.
- Experience with tender processes and quotation preparation.
- Proven excellence in sales negotiation and closing deals.
- Solid knowledge of public purchase acts, particularly in government bodies, hospitals, health organizations, and diagnostic sectors.
- Leadership qualities and ability to establish strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders.
- Well-presented, smart, punctual, and disciplined.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell YHLO’s in-vitro diagnostic products to healthcare institutions and professionals across Nepal.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, health institutions, and diagnostic centers.
- Coordinate and manage the tendering process, including preparing quotations and ensuring timely submissions.
- Represent YHLO at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
