Om Surgical Concern Pvt. Ltd. is the authorized distributor of ERBA in Nepal. We are seeking a highly qualified Sales Officer to drive the sales and marketing of ERBA’s products in Nepal. The selected candidate will benefit directly from ERBA’s support and will play an essential role in expanding our market presence.

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal (with occasional travel)

Job Specification

  • Education Level: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Biological Science)
  • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in the IVD sector (In-vitro Diagnostics)
  • Work experience in IVD sectors is preferable, but not mandatory.
  • Experience with tender processes and quotation preparation.
  • Proven excellence in sales negotiation and closing deals.
  • Solid knowledge of public purchase acts, particularly in government bodies, hospitals, health organizations, and diagnostic sectors.
  • Leadership qualities and ability to establish strong, lasting relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Well-presented, smart, punctual, and disciplined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell ERBA’s in-vitro diagnostic products to healthcare institutions and professionals across Nepal.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hospitals, health institutions, and diagnostic centers.
  • Coordinate and manage the tendering process, including preparing quotations and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Represent ERBA at industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
