Qualification : Bachelors or Diploma in Electrical/Electronics
Experience : 1 year or even freshers can apply
Salary : Negotiable
Job Description :
- Responsible for Repair, Maintenance and Installation of Medical equipment.
- Review and consolidate the medical equipment and consumable planning lists. Review their operational performances, and make recommendations.
- Support in the preparation of the technical requirements for the installation of the equipment.
- Support in the planning of logistics, delivery, and installation of equipment and infrastructures.
- Prepare work progress reports and contract close-out reports to department head.
- Review the medical assets/systems operational performances produce reports and follow up on any warranty maintenance as required.
- Prepare operational and maintenance plans for all equipment/systems installed under the project, and issue to the client on project completion.
- Manage the overall duties and responsibilities of service team.
Other requirements :
- An associate’s degree or technical certification in the industry.
- Ability to work independently.
- Managing overtime on service calls with patience and not rushing the job.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- The ability to diagnose and solve problems based on customers’ non-technical descriptions.
- Knowledge of equipment and tools used in the industry.
