Job Specification:
This position is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of day to day banking operation ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining service quality and managing operational risk.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Management or equivalent from recognized University with minimum 2nd division or CGPA 2.5 and above.
Experience:
Junior Officer: Candidate must have at least 4 years of working experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 3 years of experience in related job function.
Supervisor / Senior Assistant: Candidate must have at least 3 years of working experience in banking sector (Commercial or National Level Development Bank) with 2 years of experience in related job function.
Age Criteria:
Officer Level: Age not less than 21 years and not exceeding 40 years as of vacancy deadline.
Assistant Level: Age not less than 18 years and not exceeding 35 years as of vacancy deadline.
