Operations Assistant based in Country Office

(Fixed-Term Employment of 2 years from date of employment, Open to all applications)

Responsibility: Support Plan International Nepal’s Office to ensure Admin, Logistics and Procurement activities are in line with organizational objectives complying with the policies and procedures; Responsible for purchase order creation, maintenance and data cleansing on SAP; Update and Create Procurement trackers and spread sheets as required for Procurement data entry; Front Desk administration including sponsorship gift management Manage cash fund transactions and accurately maintain record of expenditures and cash balance on a daily basis; Ensure regular payment of utility bills; Organize regular servicing/repairs of office building


Technical Advisor-WASH based in Country Office

(Fixed-Term Employment of 2 years from date of employment, Open to all applications)

Responsibility: Provide technical expertise in delivering Plan International Nepal’s strategy on WASH with focus on partner capacity building and regional office support; Work closely with Sr. Technical Advisor in designing and ,monitoring projects related to WASH program; Responsible for capacity development of Plan International Nepal and its partner staff on WASH climate resilient WASH, WASH in Emergencies (WASHiE) related project


Recruitment Coordinator (short term) based in Country Office

(Short Term Employment for 6 months; Open to all applications)

Responsibility: To carry out the end to end recruitment process for the vacant positions at Plan International Nepal; Maintain strong documentation and filing system; Disseminate HR information, Policy Memos and other relevant communication to the concerned staff, Ensure That all new staff contracts or extension/renewal are managed within time (before the joining date or end date)
