Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  1.  Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
  2. Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  3. Administer payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management systems.
  4.  Develop and implement HR policies, ensuring alignment with company goals and legal compliance.
  5.  Organize training sessions, workshops, and professional development programs.
  6. Address employee grievances and foster a positive, collaborative workplace culture.

Administration

  1.  Manage day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the office.
  2. Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, coordinating with vendors as needed.
  3.  Handle documentation, filing, and correspondence efficiently.
  4.  Ensure adherence to safety, health, and workplace regulations.
  5. Support management in organizing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.

Qualifications and Skills

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. 2 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in the education sector.
  3. Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR management software.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  7. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
