Job Summary:
PAC Asia Consultancy is seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Officer to be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English, a strong understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram), and basic video editing skills for content creation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, providing information about our services.
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries professionally.
  • Maintain a well-organized reception area.
  • Manage and update social media pages (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to enhance engagement.
  • Create and edit basic videos for promotional content.
  • Coordinate appointments and schedule meetings for consultants.
  • Support administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in handling social media platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing on TikTok and Instagram.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.

Preferred

-FEMALE CANDIDATES ARE PREFERRED

-Freshers with strong social media skills and good English communication are encouraged to apply.

-Prior experience in a front desk or customer service role is a plus.
