About the Role:

• Role: Part Time Consultant- Civil Engineer
• Role Type: Part- Time
• Location: Candidates may be based anywhere in Nepal; preference will be given to candidates located near the project site
• On- site Visit: As per requirement

Experience:

• 5 to 30 years in civil engineering; proven track record delivering similar projects.

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Select and onboard a highly qualified Class A or Class B Contractor/Developer who buys the land, finances construction, builds the project.
• Comprehensive Project Supervision

Skills:

• Bank Financing in Commercial Real Estate
• Knowledge of Commercial Real Estate Development Laws & Compliance – Strong understanding of applicable laws, rules, regulations, and approval processes related to land acquisition, construction, and commercial operations.
• Civil Engineering & Project Management Skills
