We invite applications from interested candidates for the following positions:
Partner Support Specialist
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until Dec 2026) based in Regional Office East
Responsibility: Develop a thorough understanding of the internal control mechanisms and financial & operational systems of implementing of each partner; Review Partnership Agreement and compliance during financial monitoring, Coordinates with project manager, Regional team immediately if errors are identified and provides input for way-out provides overall over support to partners to enhance internal control system and enhance the capacity of partners in financial management. S/he will conduct periodic financial monitoring of partners to ensure statutory and organizational compliance.
Admin and Front Desk Officer
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until Dec 2026) based in Country Office
Responsibility: purpose of this role is to support for office operation through smooth functioning of the front desk and admin functions at Country office. Reporting to the Operation Manager, S/he will be responsible for effective front desk, cash fund transactions, air ticketing, accommodation and evens support, repair and maintenance and general administrative support at the country office. Payments of procurement of goods and services must be forwarded to finance with correct documentation within two weeks after the goods/services satisfactory received and invoice received. Supervise and manage Office Attendant.
Media & Communication Specialist – Re-advertisement
(Open to all applicants, Fixed term employment until 2 years from the date of employment) based in Country Office
Responsibility: Deliver high impact communications that reflect the organization’s approaches, principles and values as a leading child’s rights agency, inspiring confidence across a range of internal and external audiences. Develop and maintain relationships with key media outlets, journalists, and influencers. Creates plan and implements it, meeting deadlines and driving for impact and results Holds self-accountable for making decisions and responds positively to critical feedback; Plan and coordinate press conferences, media briefings, and other events to promote organizational initiatives. Requires knowledge and trends in digital and social media marketing.
