Established on September 26, 1990, and registered on December 20, 1992, with the District Administration Office in Bajura, PeaceWin Nepal is a non-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to fostering a gender-sensitive, peaceful, and just society in Nepal. We provide a supportive learning environment to women, children, and youth, laying the foundation for their career development. As an implementing partner of the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) for the Sudurpaschim province, PeaceWin is actively engaged in programs focusing on Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR), Gender Equality, and Women Empowerment (GEWE) in Bajura, Bajhang, Achham, Baitadi, Doti, Kailali, and Kanchanpur. Vacancy Positions
1. Health Programme Manager (Level – 10) – 1 Position
Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, with frequent visits to program districts.
Summary: The Health Programme Manager will lead and provide strategic leadership and management in planning, implementing, and monitoring progress as outlined in the annual work plan under sexual and reproductive health. Responsibilities include effective implementation of the annual work plan in close coordination with relevant government stakeholders, ensuring project compliance with timelines and budgets.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in public health/nursing, a minimum of 5 years of experience in reproductive health, quality improvement, and health system strengthening with management experience, and proficiency in English language skills.
2. Gender-Based Violence Prevention Coordinator (Level – 9)
Required No.: 1 Position
Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, with frequent field visits.
Summary: Responsibilities include leading the planning and execution of programs that advance gender equality and women’s advancement, with a focus on prevention of gender-based violence.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in Gender Studies/Social Science with a strong GBV prevention background and strong English language skills, with 5 years of working experience in the related field.
3. Monitoring and Reporting Officer (Level – 9)
Required No.: 1 Position
Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali, with frequent visits to program districts.
Summary: Develop and implement a robust Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) framework, ensuring systematic measurement of programme results while ensuring quality data-driven reporting.
Qualifications: Master’s degree with 3 years’ experience in public health, statistics, population, social science, or related field, or equivalent experience with a strong monitoring and reporting background, as well as proficient English language skills.
4. Admin and Finance Officer (Level – 9)
Required No.: 1 Position
Location: PeaceWin Province Programme Office, Dhangadhi, Kailali.
Summary: Responsibilities include overseeing the project’s financial and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with organizational requirements, and procurement policies.
Qualifications: Master’s degree in business administration/business studies with a strong finance and accounting background and at least 3 years of relevant experience.
5. Health Logistic Consultant (Level 8)
Required No.: 1 Position
Location: Provincial Health Logistic Centre (PHLMC), Dhangadhi, with close supervision from Health Programme Manager and frequent field visits to program districts and Palikas.
Summary: Responsibilities include providing technical support to PHLMC to strengthen supply chain management, including the quality of eLMIS reporting, ensuring the availability of essential family planning and reproductive health (FP/RH) commodities at all levels.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public health or pharmacy with at least 3 years of experience in basic health logistic management, including eLMIS recording and reporting.
6. Health Officer (Level – 8)
Required No.: 2 Positions
Location: 01 based in Bajura (covering the Achham district as well) and 01 Bajhang (covering the Baitadi district as well).
Summary: Responsibilities include planning and implementation of activities under sexual reproductive health and rights related programmes/activities and activities in close coordination with the local government.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in public health/nursing with a clinical background. A minimum of 3 years of post-bachelor’s degree work experience is essential, primarily focused on reproductive health (including maternal health and family planning), health system strengthening, and enhancing the quality of health services.
7. Municipal Officers (Level – 7)
Required No.: 3 Positions
Location: 01 based in Badimalika Municipality of Bajura, 01 based in Dipayal Silgadhi Municipality of Doti, and 01 based in Belauri Municipality of the Kanchanpur district.
Summary: Responsibilities include the implementation of municipal and community-level gender-based violence prevention programme activities.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Gender Studies, Social Studies, or Social Science with 2 years of practical experience in GBV prevention through a gender-transformative approach.
