Job Description

• Conduct calls with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and maintain strong relationships.
• Collect, analyze, and compile customer feedback to provide insights for improving products or services.
• Support the team in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation required for business development initiatives.
• Help coordinate follow-ups with clients, ensuring timely responses to inquiries and feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and project execution across multiple sites.
• Assist with different projects and requests, providing support to key stakeholders and team members.
• Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accurate and timely communication of project status and progress.
• Ability to travel to various locations, as needed for project-related activities.
