Business Development Director

Responsibility:

  • Create long-term value for Plan International Nepal from both existing and new funding sources and relationships through both institutions and corporate partnerships; Lead in development of long-term financial growth strategy to ensure Plan Nepal’s financial sustainability and ensure Plan International Nepal has a balanced portfolio of suitable, medium and large grants and pipeline of future funding.

Humanitarian Response Manager

Responsibility:

  • Oversee and ensure a high-quality project delivery/ implementation of humanitarian preparedness, response and recovery projects within Plan International Nepal working/non-working areas especially of Nepal. Engage with multiple departments of country office, regional office staffs stationed in Janakpur and Surkhet for implementation of the humanitarian initiatives with focus on multiple hazards that are recurrent within the country; work closely with management and regional managers to enhance partner’s capacity and also support management in making informed decision on partnership.

Senior Technical Advisor- Disaster Risk Management & Climate Change Adaptation

Responsibility:

  • Initiates and provides conceptual and strategic direction for programme design, capacity building, quality assurance as well as technical leadership and support in matters related to climate change and disaster risk management as a cross cutting approach, integrated in all programs of Plan International; Leads and supports the development of strategies pertaining to -and support the implementation of- cost effective and efficient climate change and disaster risk management solutions which can address key context specific challenges of the country.

People & Culture Manager

Responsibility:

  • Work closely with Director of People and Culture in human resource management though employee life cycle from talent acquisition, engagement and retention, performance and development to exit; support in development and review of HR policies and procedures and support in ensuring compliance of the global and local standards and policies and in amplifying Plan’s values and feminist principles and creating a safe and healthy work environment.
