Pestalozzi Children’s Education Centre (PCEC), established in 2016 under Nepal Pestalozzi Foundation (NPF), is a non-profit organization dedicated to providing secondary education to exceptionally talented children from disadvantaged rural communities-particularly girls. Our approach emphasizes holistic development through the “Head, Heart, and Hands” model, blending academics with life skills and wellbeing integration. We invite passionate and committed female candidates to apply for the following residential positions:
Position: Children Development Mentor (1 Position)
Empower young minds through mentoring and holistic guidance
- Minimum Qualification: Completion of Grade 12; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Age requirement: 24:40 years
- Strong proficiency in Spoken English essential
Position: Residential Assistant (2 Positions)
Support the daily residential life of children
- Minimum qualification: Completion of Grade 10
- Age requirement: 24-40 years
Please Note: Vacancies are open on a Rolling Basis. These are full-time residential roles With one day off each week. Food and accommodation will be provided. Job Location will be in Pokhara.

Employment Terms:
- Â Six-month probation period
