Knowledge and Research Officer
About the role
The purpose of the role is to support the Nepal Flood Resilience Programme (NFRP) by capturing and documenting project knowledge from staff, partners and communities, where possible; using this information to develop strategic and high-quality content and produce knowledge products which support the project’s advocacy and practice objectives; and sharing this knowledge with target audiences, including via online platforms and social media. Ensure knowledge generated forms one of the bases for advocacy of the program work.
About you
You have willingness and enthusiasm to work in challenging and difficult situations. You have a proven experience in writing publication and communication materials including blogs; and in producing and managing professional content for development professionals in Nepal particularly related to disaster risk reduction for climate resilience. Understanding of basic HTML and content copywriting would be an added advantage.
