Job Description

• Receiving commercial offers, proposals, and execute Purchase Order including Terms and Conditions
• Implementation and compliance in Procurement Portal & Procurement policy
•  Record the Bills and forward Invoice forward to Finance with proper Bill Memo
• Evaluate and negotiate vendor contracts

Track inventory and submit purchase orders as needed

•  Comparison of Budget Vs Actual price
•  Liaising with Internal & external customers to ensure smooth workflow
•  Research/ Recommend new products, services, or materials in keeping with industry trends
• Produce reports, presentations and briefs as required
• Other works as assigned by the Management

Requirements

•  Minimum 4-5 years of experience working as proven Procurement professional
•  Good understanding of Procurement and Contract administration processes, Procedures, and best practices
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Public Administration
• Ability to be resourceful, proactive, fast learner and good team-player
•  Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•  Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite(Experience with SAP is an advantage)
