Project Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Handle administrative tasks for the project manager to keep the project running smoothly.
  • Coordinate for smooth development process after requirements are lodged from business and operations teams and support Project Management team in collecting and preparing requirements and backlogs in JIRA.
  • Conduct detailed technical requirement analysis, ensuring alignment with business needs and feasibility within the technical landscape.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain a technical roadmap that aligns with the overall product strategy and business goals.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of technical concepts, progress, and challenges.
  • Design and develop a set of standards, reports, metrics and schedules so that the team should adhere to it during development.
  • Work with product owners and development teams to prioritize features and technical debt, balancing business priorities with technical feasibility and resource availability.
  • Coordinate in project management process to achieve targeted goals.
  • Prepare and manage project management documents by creating, maintaining and updating project documents comprehensively.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring robust solutions and contingency plans are in place.
  • Evaluate and manage third-party vendors and tools to ensure they meet project requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, APIs, and user guides to support development and maintenance.

Qualifications and Required Experience

Education: Masters or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, IM, or any related software or computer studies.
Prior Years of Experience required: 4-5 years.

Required Technical Skills:

  • Should be familiar of using any project management tool, preferably JIRA.
  • Should have knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Should have a basic knowledge of OOP and APIs.

Required Behavioral Skills:

  • Good communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Should have learning and positive attitude.
  • Should be collaborative and friendly in nature.
  • Should have strong analytical and interpersonal skills
