Kapilvastu Integrated Development Services (KIDS),a non-governmental and non-profitable organization working in the field of Health, Agriculture, Climate change, livelihood, Good Governance and Water and Sanitation since 2005.
KIDS is implementing Sexual Reproductive Health Right (SRHR) program in 5 Districts namely Kapilvastu, Arghakhanchi, Pyuthan, Rolpa and Rukum (east) districts under Lumbini province

Project Coordinator
Number of Vacancies: 1
Job Location: KIDS Central Office, Kapilvastu with 80% field visit in program area
Required qualifications and experience: :
- Master degree in Public Health/Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 1 year working experience or Bachelor’s in Public Health/Food and Nutrition/Agriculture with at least 3 years’ experience in related field.
- Good computer skill having ability to communicate in English and Nepali both verbal and written. Awadhi language is preferable.
- Excellent coordination skills with government and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Good knowledge and skills in program planning, implementation and monitoring

Key Responsibilities
- Overall planning and execution of project, ensuring financial compliance;
- Monitoring and Supervision of project team;
- Documentation and reporting of the processes, outputs and outcomes with quality assurance of data; Develop periodic progress and programmatic reports;
- Coordinate and liaise with key stakeholders, both at provincial & local level, including technical support for policy advocacy and documentation.
