National Campaign for Education Nepal (NCE Nepal) is going to implement ACCESS (Accelerating Civil Society’s Role in Securing Education for All) project through empowering the CSOs and networks as a key drivers of SESP implementation in Madhesh, Karnali and Sudurpaschim Provinces with the project led of People In Need (PIN) and in support of Nepal Disabled Women Association (NDWA) and Accountability Lab Nepal (ALN).

Project Coordinator Based in Kathmandu (Position – 1)
A Project Coordinator will be responsible for project planning, implementation, Management and Coordination and networking that includes preparing the plans for the effective delivery, implement with key compliances and resource effectiveness. Also, for ensuring effectiveness of the project, Project Coordinator is responsible for ensuring good communication and coordination with the policy makers from all three tier of government and the education stakeholders. In overall s/he leads the project and project staffs, delegating tasks among them, monitoring program budgets and determining how to prioritize funds and performing outreach duties to engage with the local communities in order to ensure quality delivery of the work.

Monitoring and Evaluation Officer based in Kathmandu (Position -1)
The Monitoring and Evaluation officer will be responsible for the data collection, data organizing, analyze it with M& E tracking log frame development and provide feedback to the program team and partner and sharing it with the program team. He/She will be responsible for ensuring the high quality and timely inputs and ensure that the activities achieve its intended outputs and outcomes in cost effective and timely manner. He/She need to prepare regular result based monitoring and evaluation plan. Moreover he/she will be responsible for preparing and update the project progress report (quarterly, annually and completion) and assessments as required in coordination with project staffs members. In overall the M & E officer will be responsible for project management support, Data management and analysis, communication and reporting part in this project.

Finance Officer based in Kathmandu (Position – 1)
A finance officer is responsible for day to data management of the financial transactions and procedures, preparing the budget, financial reports, facilitates procurement and ensure that all the financial transactions are conducted according to the organization policies, contractual agreement and principles. He/She needs to support in establishing, operating and maintaining good financial system and control of the project, support in conducting and management of the internal/ project and external audits. In summary the finance officer will be responsible for the ensuring the accounting, checking and verifying the document according to the organization policies and principles, contractual agreement, ensure timely payment, support in audit process and also support in administrative work require by the project.

Province Officer based in Madesh Province, Karnali Province, and Sudurpachim Province (Position -3)
The province officer will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation of the project activities and facilitate the CSOs of province level. S/he will guide and support district officer to conduct orientation/trainings/workshop, monitoring visits etc. at local level among the key stakeholders of the project. S/he will also work as per the technical guidance and supervision of the Project Coordinator. He/she will have overall responsibilities of the province level engagements.

District Officer based in Doti, Kalikot, Dailekh, Siraha & Mahottari districts (Position – 3)
The District officer will be responsible for ensuring effective implementation and execution of the project activities and facilitate the CSOs and education stakeholders to strengthen their capacity at district and local levels. S/he will support to conduct orientation/trainings/workshop, monitoring visits etc. at local level among the key stakeholders of the project. S/he will also work as per the technical guidance and supervision of the Project Coordinator / Province Officer. He/she will have overall responsibilities of the community mobilization and support in district level engagements.
