Job Description
- Collaborate with senior management and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, task assignments, and dependencies
- Lead project teams to execute tasks as per the project plan. Coordinate with internal teams, such as sales, marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure smooth project implementation
- Engage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring that projects are delivered within allocated resources. Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Implement effective quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet the defined standards and customer expectations and conduct periodic reviews and evaluations to track project performance and identify areas for improvement
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact. Proactively assess potential obstacles and develop contingency plans to maintain project progress
- Prepare accurate and timely project status reports, including key milestones, risks, and accomplishments
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose innovative solutions to enhance project management efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, commerce, marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment
- Strong understanding of commercial operations, sales, marketing, and business development processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
