Human Resources Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  1. Support the HR department in executing recruitment and onboarding processes.
  2. Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
  3. Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
  4. Coordinate employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
  5. Facilitate employee performance evaluations and provide administrative support.
  6. Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives.
  7. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related activities and initiatives.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
  2. Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills.
  3. Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  4. Shows proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
  5. Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  6. Displays a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
  7. Prioritizes attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
  8. Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates located in Kathmandu and available for immediate joining.
