Human Resources Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department in executing recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Assist in organizing training sessions and development programs for employees.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
- Coordinate employee benefits administration and resolve related queries.
- Facilitate employee performance evaluations and provide administrative support.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement programs and diversity initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, offering timely and effective resolutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR-related activities and initiatives.
Candidate Profile:
- Possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Demonstrates strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Exhibits excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Shows proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
- Maintains a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Displays a proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- Prioritizes attention to detail and accuracy in tasks.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
