Position: Realignment Technician
Location: Narayanghat
Job Description
- Install DTH antenna for new customer connections.
- Attend onsite service requests as assigned by the support team.
- Perform antenna realignment and troubleshooting for existing customers.
- Visit sub-dealers regularly and submit activity reports.
- Handle MDU (Multi Dwelling Unit) service calls as required.
- Coordinate daily work assignments with shift supervisors.
- Ensure timely reporting and proper documentation of completed tasks.
Job Specification:
- Minimum +2 completed (Bachelor’s running preferred).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in DTH/ISP/Field Technical Support is an advantage.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple field tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
