International Nepal Fellowship (Nepal) is a non-governmental organization established in 1952 and serves the poor and disadvantaged people of Nepal to enable life to its fullness through health and development services. INF Nepal is currently working in health and community development
services in the Gandaki, Lumbini, Karnali, and Sudurpashchim Provinces of Nepal. For the following positions, INF Nepal is seeking competent, skilled, service-oriented, and devoted Nepali citizens who share our vision, missions, and values.
Receptionist
Required Number: 1
Location: ICO, Pokhara
Purpose of the Job:
The job holder is responsible for providing day to day reception support and services activities to INF Central Office to run the office effectively, efficiently & smoothly for meeting the objectives of Admin Department. In addition to this he/she has to support the Admin Officer and other as required.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and knowledge:
- Must have intermediate 0r 10+2 in management or in any related field with a minimum of One year of work experience as a receptionist or office front desk.
- Experience in handling front desk and administrative support in an NGO or INGO is an advantage.
- Able to maintain petty cash and other relevant financial records in Excel.
- Can complete tasks with minimum supervision, and is able to prioritize work.
- Fluency in English and Nepali, both in written and verbal.
- Good knowledge of MS office, especially Excel and Word.
- Basic understanding of accounting system and software.
- Good understanding of purchasing and store management.
- May require occasional travel and weekend work.
- Willing to abide with the values of INF Nepal
