As a Regional Marketing Officer, the candidate will play a vital role in developing and implementing a Regional marketing plan and execution.

Candidates will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and supporting sales efforts to achieve business objectives. The role requires a strong understanding of local markets, effective communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Education Level:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (a relevant master’s degree is a plus).

Job Specification

  • Marketing knowledge (ATL, BTL and Digital)
  • Good interpersonal communication skills
  • Insight into local consumer behaviour and consumer media exposure of the region they represent
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics, consumer behaviour, and cultural nuances.
  • Experience in planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Job Description

  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and market trends in the region/ branches.
  • Analyze competitor activities and identify opportunities for marketing competitiveness.
  • Develop a comprehensive regional marketing Plan aligned with overall business goals.
  • Determine target audience segments and tailor marketing campaigns accordingly.
  • Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including print, events
  • Create and implement branding strategies to improve the company’s brand image and market positioning.
  • Plan and execute regional promotional activities to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Plan and participate in local events, trade fairs, and exhibits in order to market the products and services of the business.
  • Conduct data and metric analysis to identify areas for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Conduct market research in the designated region to discover market trends, customer requirements, and the level of competition.
  • Collaborate with HO Marketing to adapt marketing campaigns to regional needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as required.
