Position: Relationship Officer

Summary

This job role primarily involves assisting in the preparation of business proposals and client agreements, while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Prospect candidate needs to gather and analyze financial data, conduct company valuations, and develop financial models to support investment decisions.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

•  Assist in preparing the proposal and forward to the potential client for corporate advisory.
• Assist in preparing & signing of the agreement with the Client Company.
• Collect charter documents, financial data and other relevant information and documents from the Client Company and safe keep the documents received.
•  Assist in analyzing financial data, charter documents of the Client Company.
• Assist in preparing financial modelling, projection and valuation of the client company.
• Assist with industry and market research and analysis.
•  Assist in preparing various report such as feasibility reports, investment memorandum and pitch deck etc.
• Arrange meetings with stakeholders.
• Send claims and follow up regularly for the settlement.
•  Other necessary tasks as required.

Expected Skills/ Experience/Knowledge

•  Possesses good command over Microsoft Excel and basic working knowledge of other MS Applications.
• Possesses strong verbal & written communication, interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Ability to perform valuation of business and interpretation of financial statements.
•  Knowledge of different financial instruments and their usage in capital and money markets.
• Possesses good analytical skills.
•  Ability to manage a varied workload and multiple concurrent projects
• Team player, self-driven, results-oriented with a positive outlook.
• Attention to detail.

Eligibility Criteria

• Master’s degree in Finance/ Management with relevant work experience or Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of experience in related field. Candidates pursuing or having professional degree such as CA/ACCA/CFA will be preferred.
• Should have minimum first division or CGPA 3.00 on a scale of 4 from recognized university.
• Age should not exceed 35 years as on 27th January, 2026.
