𝐒𝐮𝐣𝐚𝐥 𝐅𝐨𝐨𝐝𝐬 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐭𝐝., a subsidiary company of 𝐋𝐚𝐱𝐦𝐢 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐩 𝐏𝐯𝐭. 𝐋𝐭𝐝. is seeking a motivated and creative individual to join our 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐞𝐚𝐦 as a Research and Development Assistant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing, strong organizational skills, and a desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:

•  Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes.
• Gather consumer insights through surveys, interviews, and focus groups.
•  Assist in the development of new products or enhancements to existing products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and provide research-based recommendations.
•  Collect and analyze data from various sources, including customer databases, and marketing campaigns.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:

•  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in a marketing role or internship would be advantageous.
•  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
• A valid driver’s license and access to a two-wheeler are necessary.

𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:

•  Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
•  Excellent research skills, including the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
•  Excellent communication and presentation skills.
•  Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
