Retail Officer – Insurance Business

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with agents in the Khalti network to promote
  insurance products.
• Responsible for the growth of DOFE Insurance business and other insurance products of
  Khalti through the existing Khalti agent network.
• Drive sales and achieve targets for insurance products in the retail sector.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance and market insights.

Requirements:

• Experience in retail insurance sales, particularly in the DOFE insurance business, with
  additional experience in other insurance domains being an added advantage.
• Possession of a valid two-wheeler and license
• Graduate.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively interact with agents, clients, and internal teams.
