Job Summary:

Riddhi Siddhi Cements Industries Limited is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Account Officer to support our sales Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background and will be responsible for conducting debtor reconciliations, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting the sales team with key reporting and system entries. This role also demands frequent travel across Nepal for on-site reconciliations and strong coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular debtors reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial and sales records.
• Coordinate with the sales team to gather, verify, and reconcile account information.
• Prepare detailed reports on reconciliation activities, issues identified, and resolutions.
• Travel frequently across various regions of Nepal to perform on-site reconciliations with debtors.
• Perform daily collection entries and sales order entries in SAP system.
• Record and manage daily expenses journal vouchers (JV entries) in SAP.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as an Accountant ( or Freshers with Good Accounting Knowledge are Encouraged to apply)
• Two wheeler with a Valid Driving License ( Mandatory)
