Social Worker

Competencies and qualifications required
- Experience working with local stakeholders, ward and community especially with girls and women from urban poor communities.
- Familiar with protection issues of girls and women in Nepal.
- Awareness raising and facilitation skills.
- Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Nepali language.
- Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours.
- Good relationship with the networks, groups and alliance involved in protection issues.
- At least +2 (intermediate) pass or equivalent with 2 years of experience in the related field
- Knowledge of health issues in urban poor communities.
Health Worker Cum Counselor

Competencies and qualifications required
- Experienced and familiar working with vulnerable groups (victims of abuse and exploitation) and communities especially children, youth and women.
- In depth knowledge of human psychology and personality traits.
- Good skill on case management documentation.
- Experience of working with children, youth and women.
- Good working knowledge and practice on adolescent health, FP and SRH.
- Prior experience of conducting health camps and campaigns
- HA or PCL Nursing with minimum 2 years’ experience in the related field with specialized training on psychosocial counselling.
- Very good planning, observation, assessment, interpretation, communication and motivational skills
- Good command over Nepali and English language
- Dynamic and dependable with good interpersonal relationship skills.
- Good report writing skill
Peer Educator

Competencies and qualifications required
- Experienced and familiar working with vulnerable groups (victims of abuse and exploitation) and communities especially children, youth and women.
- Experience in providing psycho-social support
- Strong learning attitude, open minded, energetic and flexible in time.
- Willing to work under high pressure and during off hours (day and night outreach visits).
- Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Nepali language.
- At least SLC/SEE pass or equivalent with one year of experience in the related field.
ECD Teacher
No. of Vacancy: 1
Competencies and qualifications required
- Experienced and familiar working with young children below 5 years.
- Good understanding of child psychology and human development and helping young children with language development.
- Experienced and familiar working with vulnerable children.
- Good planning, organizing skills
- In-depth knowledge and skills about activities that foster children development, especially intellectual, physical and emotional development and wellbeing.
- Good written and spoken English and Nepali language
- At least +2 pass or equivalent with 3 years of experience in the related field
Salary for all the positions will be based on the proven track record of experience, achievements and qualification
