JOB OPPORTUNITY

Position: Sales Supervisor -On Trade
Location: Dharan

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow strong relationships with pubs, restaurants, and hotels
  • Drive sales through consistent outlet coverage, visibility execution, and relationship manamgent
  • Plan and execute in-bar activations including tastings and promotions
  • Ensure timely order placement, pricing alignment, and follow-ups
  • Track outlet-wise performance and share actionable market insights
  • Coordinate with distributors for stock, delivery, and collections
  • Maintain high standards of brand visibility and POSM execution

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 2-3 years of experience in Liquor, Beverage, or FMCG sales
  • Prior exposure to on-trade (bars, pubs, restaurants) preferred
  • Strong execution mindset and ability to manage multiple outlets
