Position Overview: We are seeking two motivated and detail-oriented Loan Processing Specialists to join our Kathmandu office. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the loan application process from submission to settlement, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and excellent customer service throughout.
Work hours: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm (non-negotiable) including a 1-hour lunch break
Salary: Minimum 40K – Maximum 60K

Job Specification
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and process loan applications in a timely and efficient manner.
- Liaise with brokers, lenders, and clients to gather and verify necessary documentation.
- Perform credit checks, income verification, and assess financial documents to ensure loan eligibility.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mortgage products, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Provide ongoing support to brokers and clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for each loan file.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the loan processing workflow.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a loan processor in Australian mortgage and lending environment is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with mortgage broking and lending processes is mandatory.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
