Position: Human Resource Manager
Location: Satdobato, Lalitpur
Job Description:
- Develop and implement HR policies aligned with business goals; partner with CEO to drive performance, accountability, and fairness
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across stores, HO, and leadership roles, ensure timely manpower planning and reduce attrition
- Implement KPI-based performance-linked incentives, and recognition programs; ensure fairness and motivation
- Define career paths, succession plans, and training programs to build staff capabilities
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, handle grievances. And maintain healthy employee relations
- Submit daily and weekly HR reports; present progress in CEO review meetings
- Deliverables: reduced attrition, timely hiring, strong performance management, high employee engagement, and scalable HR systems
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field
- 2-3 years HR experience, preferably in retail, FMCG, or multi-location organization
- Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
