Position: Area Manager
Location: Pokhara

Job Description:
- Deliver excellent customer service and train staff while maintaining strong business relationships
- Ensure store safety, cleanliness, stock management, and smooth daily operations
- Maintain high standards of store appearance and staff presentation
- Achieve sales targets, control costs, and monitor store performance
- Manage stock availability, deliveries and minimize wastage and shrinkage
- Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively
- Lead, train and supervise staff with clear performance targets
- Ensure compliance with HSSE policies for a safe work environment
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Strong communication skills (Nepali & English)
- Good leadership and team management ability
- Customer-focused with professional presentation
- Basic knowledge of sales, budgets, and P&L
- Good organizational and time management skills
Note: Candidate will be responsible for overseeing operations across 9 stores
