Position: Sales Executive
Department: Consumer Business /National Sales
Location: Biratnagar and Narayanghat
Reporting To: Province Business Manager

Job Purpose: Channel Sales Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute sales growth strategy, maximize distribution, outlet coverage and sales productivity and optimize market potential for meeting desired Sales and Business Target.
  • Drive & Manage S&D KPI’s, Channel Management & Performance, Stock Availability, Product awareness & Promotions and other Sales & Marketing activities.
  • Drive and monitor effective implementation of sales planning and sales performance management of sim card, recharge card, e-recharge distribution on micro market level.
  • Facilitate timely completion of all plan/projects with realization of weekly milestones (as defined) and monthly target as undertaken.
  • Adhere with Sales and Distribution Excellence framework in region.
  • Analyze micro market trends on Key KPI’s i.e., RGB, Gross Addition, Revenue, Refill, Data User, Digital Adaptation, and others.
  • Timely report on market issues, Distribution issues, Coverage & Gap in market and plan for corrective actions
  • Identify and resolve any impediments/ issues hindering achievement of targets.
  • Prepare and analyze daily reports and dashboard for Sales and Distribution effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in HQ and Regions for devising and implementing actions for meeting yearly region business targets.
  • Coordinate within and cross functional team to plan and drive various programs to achieve business targets.
  • Monitor performance of Business Partners on S&D KPI’s and lead meetings and forums to discuss daily/weekly/monthly business performance and devise action plan.

Education & Experience

  • Knowledge and experience in Sales and Distribution techniques is preferable in FMCG and Telecom sectors.
  • Capable of communicating at all levels
  • Collaborative working across different Functional Units.
  • Encourages teamwork and bonding within and outside team without compromising delivery of exceptional results
  • Bachelor’s degree in management with 5 years of experience in telecommunication / strategic planning OR Master’s degree / Professional Degree with 2 years of experience
