We’re seeking a results-driven Sales Officer with 1-3 years of experience to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and exceed sales targets in our growing organization.

Sales Officer

Job Level: Entry to Mid

No. of Vacancy: 1

Job Location: Corporate Office, Kalanki

Offered Salary:  NPR. 20,000 to 25,000

(Additional Incentives Based on Sales Performance)

Probation Period: 3 months

Apply Before: 3 September, 2024

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Increase Sales Partners/Dealers for the company and promote strong relationships by understanding their needs.

2. Increase SKUs in existing as well as new dealers to enhance the brand visibility.

3. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully coordinating the sales team.

4. Identify key competitors and be up-to-date of their moves in the market.

5. Help in the expansion of the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

6. Coordinating with Mark COMM team on lead generation and increasing end-users’ reach.

7. Regular market visits (inside or outside – as per the company’s requirements) to meet with dealers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them.

8. Produce market survey reports (through visits/telephonic conversations/virtual meets) regularly as per the company’s needs.

9. Responsible for following up with dealers as per the payment schedule.

10. Present the company’s products and services in front of dealers/resellers/end-users to enhance the product knowledge.

11. Coordinating with the Logistics Team and Support Centre Team to provide the utmost good experience to the clients.

Must-Have Requirement​s

  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to meet sales targets & deadlines
  • Knowledge of sales processes and techniques
  • Two Wheeler and Valid Driving License

Should-Have Requirements

  • Experience in Sales & Marketing in the IT Sector
    (However, freshers are encouraged to apply)
  • Ability to analyze sales data
  • Knowledge to conduct market research and analysis
  • Highly proactive
  • Willingness to travel (outside Kathmandu, if required)

Nic​e-to-Have Requirements

  • Experience in using any ERP / Sales / CRM Software
  • Bachelors in Management Field (Completed or Running)
  • Good presentation skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of sales metrics and KPIs
  • Strong analytical skills
