Job Description
- Assist in promoting and selling Tata Motors Genuine Oil through dealers, retailers, and mechanics.
- Â Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Â Conduct field visits to identify new retail outlets and maintain existing relationships.
- Provide product information and basic training to mechanics and retailers.
- Â Monitor competitor activities and share market feedback with the team.
- Â Help with order collection, follow-ups, and coordination with the supply team.
- Â Prepare basic sales reports and participate in promotional campaigns.
Job Specifications
- Â Intermediate level or Bachelors Running
- Â Good persuasion skill, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Good knowledge of competitor product and sales policy.
- Technical knowledge of products.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ERP.
