Position: Finance Assistant
Location: Head Office, Satdobato, Lalitpur
Job Responsibilities:
- Documenting daily and monthly administrative expenses categorized overhead
- Reviewing the imprest fund and entering petty expense records into the systems, as well as verifying and reimbursing petty expenses for all branches
- Processing payment vouchers, cash receipts, general journal entries and purchase invoices
- Ensuring that accounts payable records are maintained in a clean and organized manner
- Handling payments and documentation, including invoices, journal vouchers, employee reimbursements and statements
Cheque reversal from Systems
- Cheque issuing and maintaining proper ledger entries
- Payment related entries-Vendor payments, Staff full and final settlements, Salary and others
- Assigning appropriate codes to invoices, files, and receipts to maintain organized and easily accessible records
- Conducting check and balance activates
