We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports the overall development of young children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and implement daily lesson plans and activities suitable for preschool-aged children.
- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that encourages learning and development.
- Observe and assess children’s progress, maintaining records and reporting to parents as needed.
- Support the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of each child.
- Foster positive behavior and guide children in developing self-help and social skills.
- Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues, providing updates on children’s growth and activities.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to organize events, activities, and educational programs.
- Incorporate play-based and interactive learning methods to make learning engaging and fun.
- Attend professional development workshops to stay updated on early childhood education practices.
