Finance Officer
Job Duration: One year, with the possibility of extension to three years.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/Business Administration. Minimum 3 years of experience in Budgeting, Financial Analysis, Forecasting, Bookkeeping, Financial Reporting, Audit Preparation, Tax Compliance, Grant Reporting, Accounting Software Proficiency, Project Coordination, Excel Skills, Proposal Budgeting, and Grant Monitoring. Fluency in English is mandatory 20% field is in rural project areas.
Livelihood Officer
Job Duration: One year, with the possibility of extension to three years.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of agricultural practices, including crop production, livestock management, soil management, and irrigation techniques. Proficiency in planning, implementing, and monitoring agriculture-related projects. Effective communication skills and fluency in English are essential. 80% field in Icchakamana Rural Municipality, Kaule.
PME (Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation) Officer
Job Duration: One year, with the possibility of extension to three years.
Qualification and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in economics, development studies, social sciences, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years of experience with a strong understanding of planning, monitoring, and evaluation concepts, methodologies, and tools used in project management. Practical experiences in designing and implementing monitoring and evaluation systems. Proficiency in English is required. 70% field is in rural project areas.
Facilitator (2 Person)
Job Duration: One year, with the possibility of extension to three years.
Qualification and Experience: Minimum 12th (intermediate) pass with at least 3 years of experience in Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene and Livelihood Projects. Good facilitation and communication skills are required.
Location: Head office in Ratnanagar-7, Chitwan, with fieldwork within Chitwan district.
