Sarbottam Cement Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive strategic growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Position: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Required Qualifications & Experience

Master’s degree in Business Administration/Management or a related field related field (preference for higher qualifications from globally recognized universities).
Proven senior leadership role in large-scale organizations with at least 8 years of hands-on experience with cement manufacturing processes, particularly with Rotary Klin and Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) technology in Nepal.
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated expertise in budget management, cost efficiency, capital planning, and long-term profitability.
Proven competency in crisis management, risk mitigation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and na ng regulatory frameworks.
