We are now looking for interested and qualified individuals for the position of a Parttime Science Teacher at SOS Hermann Gmeiner School Pokhara.

Part-time Teacher – Science (1)

Qualification, Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Science with at least second division or equivalent
  • Minimum teaching experience of three years in relevant subject
  • Proactive and efficient professionals with great time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in computer applications
  • Candidates having teacher training will have an added advantage v Preference will be given to candidates who have strong proficiency in English language.

Responsibility:

The major responsibility of the teacher is to ensure appropriate curriculum coverage, continuity and progression in their subject/grade areas for all pupils regardless of their diverse learning abilities, that course/grade requirements are met and that students are offered best possible learning opportunities to enhance their skills.
For the above-mentioned position, candidate must be a Nepal resident below 35 years of age.
Candidates are expected to have excellent interpersonal skills with positive attitude.
