About the Business
The company has multiple warehouses across Nepal. Each warehouse has sales representative team, accounts department, driver, dispatch team and a warehouse manager. The Head office has central accounts, HR, Sales & marketing team, MIS, administration team.

Designation: Semi Qualified CA

Qualification: CAP 2 Passed and completed 3 years of articleship or Bachelor Degree or Master Degree

Job Location: Kupondole
Experience:

• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in Accounts preferably in reputable company dealing with products
• Prior accounting software experience must

Responsibilities:

• Prepare the financial statements and provisional financial statements, Statutory and other Internal Audits
• Verify each expense to be booked in the books of accounts
• Compile the monthly reports and submit the report to the supervisor
• Ensure compliance with company rules and policies
• Ensure that statements, income, expenses and records comply with laws and regulations.
• Organize and maintain financial records finalize inputs for balance sheet and financial statements etc.
• Prepare/monitor/update accounting vouchers, VAT register, TDS file, VAT submission, Day book, Journal Ledger, Party Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, Cash Reconciliation
• Manage sales and purchase payments and update tracking payables and receivables

Salary:

• Rs 25,000 to Rs 35,000

Resources Required:

• Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license
