Job Description

Implementation of best practices, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve the performance of the workshops of the dedicated region.
Identify opportunities for improvement, increase efficiencies, ensure cost optimization, and suggest management accordingly.
Continuous monitoring and review for optimum utilization of resources including but not limited to manpower, tools, equipment, utilities, etc.
Monitor and ensure the productivity and profitability of the workshops in the region.
Plan annual activities and budget for regional workshops. Develop action plans and ensure that the action plan is formulated and implemented in order to achieve agreed annual targets (revenue/CSI/etc.).
Constant monitoring and analysis of CSI and formulating action plans for effective implementation to achieve agreed CSI.
Weekly/ Monthly /Quarterly /Annual review of workshop performance status.
Decrease repeat complaints by formulating an action plan to minimize repeat complaints to the agreed targeted level.
Explore ancillary vendors and negotiate for various services required from them.
Provide technical assistance and solutions to critical problems at workshops.
Analyze customer credibility and decide the credit limit on requested cases. Monitor the receivable status of concerned workshops regularly and ensure timely collection.

Job Specifications

Bachelor’s in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering with 7 years of experience.
Knowledge of customer preferences on national and international trends in the industry.
Knowledge of workshop management, policy, procedure, and norms.
Good leadership and communication skills.
Creative thinking and rational decision-making.
Good knowledge of ERP and MS Office.
