Job Description
- Assist in Recruitment and selection by scheduling the written examination, interviews, and presentations in consultation with the supervisor.
- Prepare and maintain records of applications, interviews, and other related documents.
- Constantly communicate with the agencies to ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding of employees and communicate new joinee details to concerned departments
- Communicate newly joined employees’ details to concerned departments
- Schedule and coordinate employee induction for the newly joined employees
- Open employee card in ERP, user ID, and record of biometric fingerprint timely
- Maintain all the required documents in the employee’s personal file in the required order
- Update accurate information in personal files and ERP related to employees, outsource staff, trainees, interns
- Create new user ID, assign access and permission roles for employees, outsource staff, trainees, and interns
- Draft official letters for various employee activities and update them in ERP after approval
- Assist supervisor in day-to-day operational activities and reporting of the HR function
Job Specifications
- Bachelor in Management (HR Specialization Preferred) with 4 Years of Relevant Experience.
- Priority will be given to candidates with prior experience in HR Field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to work in a team
A valid two-wheeler driving license and Two- Wheeler
